Ameritas Holding Company, in turn, owns 100 percent of the stock of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. (Ameritas Life) and Summit Investment Advisors, Inc. First Ameritas Life Insurance Corp., Acacia Life Insurance Company and The Union Central Life Insurance Company are wholly owned subsidiaries of Ameritas Life. The financial strength and operating performance of Ameritas Life, First Ameritas Life, Acacia Life and Union Central Life are reflected in the financial reports found in this section.
